Submission of the abstract constitutes the authors’ consent to publication by MASCC or its designees (e.g. Annual Meeting website, programs, other promotions, etc.).

The submitting/corresponding author warrants and represents for himself/herself and for all co-authors (collectively, the “Author”) to MASCC (“The Organizers”) that: (i) the Author is the sole Author of the Work; (ii) the Author is the sole owner of all rights granted hereunder; (iii) the Author has not sold, licensed, assigned, or otherwise encumbered, and will not sell, license, assign, or otherwise encumber, any of such rights prior to publication by the Organizers; (iv) the Author has full power to enter into and to perform this Agreement; (v) the Abstract is original, previously unpublished in the form submitted; and, (vi) the Abstract in no way violates any copyright or proprietary or contract or personal right of others, including the right of privacy, and that it contains nothing unlawful or libelous. The foregoing warranties shall be in effect throughout the term of this Agreement and shall survive its termination. The Author shall indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers, their licensees, and any other person to whom the Organizers or its licensees may extend the representations and warranties contained herein in connection with the production or distribution of an Abstract against any losses, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and expenses) arising or resulting from or in connection with any such claim.

The Author grants to the Organizers a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, distribute, and display the Abstract in all media.
