Meeting at a Glance
The 2025 Annual Meeting will be hosted entirely in-person.
The Scientific Program will be hosted on Thursday June 26 to Saturday June 28. Sessions are tentatively scheduled from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily.
MASCC will host the Board of Directors meeting, Study Group Leadership meeting, and Editorial Board meeting on Wednesday June 25.
We will apply for accreditation once we have finalized the Scientific Program. If we are successful with our application, we will include the details here.
The Welcome Ceremony and Awards Reception will take place on Thursday June 26. All meeting delegates are invited to attend.
The MASCC/ISOO Student/Early Career Meet-Up (ticketed) will take place before the Welcome Reception on Thursday June 26 at 6:00-7:00 PM
The MASCC New Member Breakfast Reception (by invitation/ticket only) will take place on Friday June 27.
The MASCC Mentorship Networking Event (by appointment only) will take place on Friday June 27.
The MASCC Presidential Reception (by invitation/ticket only) will take place on Friday June 27.
More details about the social events will be shared at a later date.

Join us for a fun walk/run to raise money for the MASCC Foundation!
The perfect chance to see the city while catching up with MASCC colleagues, this waterfront walk/run will take place just before the first scientific sessions of the meeting. All money raised will go towards the MASCC Emerging Leaders Scholarship to support early-career researchers working on promising research in supportive care.
