Meeting at a Glance
The 2025 Annual Meeting will be hosted entirely in-person.
The Scientific Program will be hosted on Thursday, June 26 to Saturday, June 28. Sessions are tentatively scheduled from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily.
MASCC will host the Board of Directors meeting, Study Group Leadership meeting, and Editorial Board meeting on Wednesday, June 25.
Joint Accreditation Statement
In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by the Postgraduate Institute for Medicine and Multinational Association of Supportive Care in Cancer (MASCC). Postgraduate Institute for Medicine is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
CREDIT DESIGNATIONS
Physician Continuing Medical Education – AMA (MDs, DOs)
The Postgraduate Institute for Medicine designates this enduring material for a maximum of 19.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Continuing Nursing Education – ANCC (RNs, APRNs, NPs)
The maximum number of hours awarded for this Continuing Nursing Education activity is 19.5 contact hours.
Continuing Dental Education
Postgraduate Institute for Medicine is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of the credit hours by boards of dentistry. Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider or to the Commission for Continuing Education Provider Recognition at ADA.org/CERP.

Interprofessional Continuing Education
This activity was planned by and for the healthcare team, and learners will receive 19.5 Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) credit for learning and change.
The Welcome Ceremony and Awards Reception will take place on Thursday, June 26 at 6:30 PM-8:30 PM. All meeting delegates are invited to attend.
The MASCC/ISOO Student/Early Career Meet-Up (by invitation/ticket only) will take place before the Welcome Reception on Thursday, June 26 at 6:00 PM-6:30 PM
The MASCC New Member Breakfast Reception (by invitation/ticket only) will take place on Friday, June 27 AT 8:00 AM- 9:00 AM.
The MASCC Mentorship Networking Event (by appointment only) will take place on Friday, June 27 between 1:30 PM and 4:30 PM.
The MASCC Presidential Reception (by invitation/ticket only) will take place on Friday, June 27 at 7:00 PM-11:00 PM. The theme is “English Garden Party”.

Join us for a fun walk/run to raise money for the MASCC Foundation!
The perfect chance to see the city while catching up with MASCC colleagues, this waterfront walk/run will take place just before the first scientific sessions of the meeting. All money raised will go towards the MASCC Emerging Leaders Scholarship to support early-career researchers working on promising research in supportive care.
