Registration
Registration will open in Winter 2024. Register by April 23, 2025 to receive Early Bird Pricing.
As a reminder, for each accepted abstract at least one (1) co-author must be registered by the Early Bird Deadline to be included in the scientific program and published in the journal Supportive Care in Cancer. Typically, this is the presenting author.

Booking a Hotel Room:
Delegates can book a hotel room on-site at the Westin Seattle with our preferred MASCC rates before May 2025.
Note: Invited Speakers, Award Recipients (with travel reimbursement), MASCC Board, and any other hosted delegates should refer to their personalized emails explaining how to make their hotel arrangements.

Entry Requirements:
If you require a visa, MASCC can provide you with an invitation letter after you have registered and paid the registration fees to attend the 2025 Annual Meeting. It is the responsibility of the delegate to ensure they have all the necessary paperwork and vaccinations to enter the host country.
