Thank you to all our invited speakers, invited panelists, session chairs, and abstract presenters (oral proffered papers & oral rapid e-posters).

All presenting author changes must be received by April 22, 2026 sent to events@mascc.org.
For technical support or login issues with an e-poster submission, please email support@simul-europe.com.
Speaker Ready Room Hours
Invited Speakers & OPP Speakers: please carefully read and follow ALL presentation instructions below.
Pre-submission is June 11 – please submit your draft by this date.
If you make any changes to your presentation, you can submit a new one on-site or check-in at the Speaker Ready Room to make sure they have the version you want to use.
STEP 1: Complete the presentation release form by June 11
STEP 2: Upload your presentation before you arrive
- Use this PPT Template to create your slides
- Upload your presentation file here by June 11
- Format your slides in PowerPoint 16:9
- Embed all media and fonts
- Name your file as: Day Room Time Full Name (use the program as guideline)
STEP 3: Visit the speaker ready room at MCEC
- Visit the Speaker Ready Room at least TWO hours before your session
- Note: This may mean that you need to submit your presentation the day BEFORE your presentation date
- Bring a USB backup
- Test your presentation and make edits with the onsite team

- Wednesday, June 24 at 3-6 PM
- Thursday, June 25 at 7 AM – 6 PM
- Friday, June 26 at 7:30 AM – 6 PM
- Saturday, June 27 at 7:30 AM – 1 PM
Oral Rapid E-Poster Guidelines
Presentation Date & Time: This will be shared with presenters in late April
Presentation Length: 3 minutes + 2 minutes Q & A
Presentation Media: Single-page PDF e-poster
All oral rapid e-poster presenters will be notified by mid-late March 2026 of their acceptance by email. We will notify oral rapid e-poster presenters of their e-poster session date, time, and e-poster stage number in late April. There will be six e-poster stages in the Exhibition Hall.

Oral Proffered Papers
Presentation Date & Time: Please refer to your abstract acceptance email for details.
Presentation Length: 10 minutes
Presentation Media: PowerPoint slides (2026 PPT template)
All oral proffered paper presenters will be notified by mid-late March 2026 of their acceptance notifications by email with their assigned session title, presentation date and time.
