We encourage you to research the travel medical and cancellation insurance options available to you from your home country and purchase the best option that suits you. All delegates will manage their own travel arrangements to attend the Annual Meeting. When purchasing your flights, many airlines offer insurance package add-ons when you book your tickets. <strong>MASCC<\/strong>\/ISOO are not responsible to ensure medical and cancellation coverage is purchased by delegates traveling to the 2026 Annual Meeting.<\/p><p><strong>Guest Attendance Policy<\/strong><br \/>Upon registration, you will receive your name badge. You are kindly requested to wear your badge during all Annual Meeting sessions and events.<\/p><p>All events (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibition hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered delegates. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not permitted in any of the event areas.<\/p><p>The <strong>MASCC<\/strong>\/ISOO community believes in and expects a welcoming, tolerant, diverse and productive environment for all.
