We Are Committed to Providing a Safe and Comfortable Annual Meeting for All Delegates

If You Are Not Feeling Well…

  • If you are not feeling well, please do not travel.
  • If you have traveled to Seattle and find yourself feeling unwell, please self-isolate and monitor your symptoms. Please keep us informed, so that we may ensure your comfort and assist with medical attention, should you require it. You may contact us at events@mascc.org or by direct message in the Event App (details to be shared closer to the meeting dates).

Travel & Medical Insurance
Everyone’s needs are different. We encourage you to research the travel medical and cancellation insurance options available to you from your home country and purchase the best option that suits you. All delegates will manage their own travel arrangements to attend the Annual Meeting. When purchasing your flights, many airlines offer insurance package add-ons when you book your tickets. MASCC/ISOO are not responsible to ensure medical and cancellation coverage is purchased by delegates traveling to the 2025 Annual Meeting.

Guest Attendance Policy
Upon registration, you will receive your name badge. You are kindly requested to wear your badge during all Annual Meeting sessions and events.

All events (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibition hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered delegates. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not permitted in any of the event areas.

The MASCC/ISOO community believes in and expects a welcoming, tolerant, diverse and productive environment for all. Offensive and discriminatory behavior on the basis of age, disability, gender, gender identity and expression, race, cultural identity, religion or belief, nationality, or sexual orientation will not be tolerated at the 2025 Annual Meeting in person, in print, on display, or on social media.
