The Future of Supportive Cancer Care is Shaped at the MASCC/ISOO Annual Meeting
Multinational | Interdisciplinary
Each year, MASCC joins forces with the International Society for Oral Oncology (ISOO) to host the pre-eminent international conference on supportive care in cancer. This multinational and interdisciplinary conference brings together professionals and trainees from diverse fields to engage, collaborate and learn.
First hosted more than 30 years ago by a small group of forward-thinking advocates, the Annual Meeting has grown to include as many as 1600 annual attendees from more than 70 countries. Hosted on a different continent each year in June, the Annual Meeting reflects the multinational character of our membership.
With a cutting-edge scientific program presented by the world’s leading experts in supportive care, there’s lots to learn every day. You’ll come away familiar with the latest techniques to manage cancer symptoms and treatment side effects, and you’ll also be equipped to address psychosocial and financial concerns in patients and survivors.
"It's the People"
What makes the Annual Meeting special is more than just the workshops and presentations: it’s the people. Attendees have told us time and again that the opportunities for mentorship and support shaped their careers for years to come, and that the networking and social events are something they look forward to every year.
Whether you are a student, clinician, researcher, industry representative, patient advocate, or have a passion for supportive care in cancer, there’s something for you at the MASCC/ISOO Annual Meeting.
Awards & Scholarships
We offer a variety of awards and scholarships in order to recognize outstanding achievement, increase accessibility to the Annual Meeting, and promote the work of new and experienced researchers.
