Prof Ian Olver, AM, MD, PhD
Distinguished Service Award
Ian Olver, AM, MD, PhD, is a medical oncologist, cancer researcher and bioethicist. He is currently Professorial Research Fellow, School of Psychology, Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, University of Adelaide and consults for Bellberry Ethics Committee. His previous roles have included being CEO, Cancer Council Australia and Clinical Director, Royal Adelaide Hospital Cancer Centre and has been a President of MASCC. His major research interests are supportive care in cancer and psycho-oncology.
