Awards and Scholarships
MASCC offers a variety of awards and scholarships in order to recognize outstanding achievement, increase accessibility to the Annual Meeting, and promote the work of new and experienced researchers.
Overall Award & Scholarship Policy
- In a single year, a recipient is eligible to receive a maximum of:
- One abstract-based award or scholarship, and
- One merit-based award.
- In a single year, a MASCC member may only nominate or self-nominate the same individual for a maximum of one merit-based award.
- When submitting an abstract, first authors may select a maximum of one award or one conference scholarship to submit with the abstract. For specific award/scholarship policies, including submission limitations, please refer to the individual policies linked below.
- Previous award or scholarship recipients are not eligible to receive the same award again.
